Casey Hupke, Kris Cook, and Ryno Eksteen had a big challenge. Create a series of data visualizations to represent the creation of an Addidas AE4D sole, fast. We extensively abused the wonderful Houdini tool MOPS(motion operators) to create dozens of layers of animated content for the rad team at BEMO. We supported Bemo through the project with lookdev for the 3d printing of the shoe, concept art for how the printer receives the data from the runner, and some general off the wall animations to make it look great.
